Itinerary
Day 1: Friday, October 3- Departure
Depart on overnight flights to Kigali, Rwanda.
Day 2 Saturday, October 4- Arrival
Upon arrival in Kigali, meet your local tour manager and transfer to Blue Veil Villa-Kigali, a newly remodeled four-star boutique hotel and exclusive pilgrimage center in one of the city’s finest neighborhoods. Settle into your accommodations before gathering for a welcome dinner and fellowship with Immaculée.
Day 3: Sunday, October 5 – Kigali & Pilgrimage Overview
Begin your first full day in Rwanda with Mass, Rosary, and breakfast, as will be the routine each morning of the pilgrimage. Immaculée will then provide an overview of the pilgrimage, followed by group discussions and prayer. After lunch, explore Kigali and visit the Rwandan Genocide Memorial. Conclude the day with dinner, an evening discussion, and prayer. Overnight in Kigali.
Days 4 & 5: Monday & Tuesday, October 6–7 – Journey to Kibeho | Feast Day Celebration
Depart for Kibeho, enjoying scenic views of Rwanda’s countryside as Immaculée shares insights on the region’s history and culture. After checking into the new Blue Veil Villa-Kibeho, have lunch and begin a special time in this small, peaceful rural community nestled in the scenic hills of Rwanda. Visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows, attend daily Mass, join group prayer and discussions, meet the Marian visionary, Anatalie, and celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary on October 7th. Overnights in Kibeho.
Day 6: Wednesday, October 8 – Return to Kigali
Spend the morning in Kibeho before traveling back to Kigali. Gather for dinner, an evening discussion, and prayer. Overnight in Kigali.
Day 7: Thursday, October 9 – Kibuye & Immaculée’s Childhood Home
Travel to Kibuye, a lakeside village on majestic Lake Kivu and chronicled in Immaculée’s first book, Left to Tell. After exploring, return to Kigali by early evening.
Day 8: Friday, October 10 – Safari Adventure in Akagera National Park
Rise with the sun and set out on an unforgettable journey to Rwanda’s Akagera National Park, where the rhythm of the wild beats strong. In this haven of nature, the mighty Big Five roam freely across the Savanna, their powerful presence echoing through the land. Feel the pulse of Africa as you witness wildlife in its purest form, surrounded by the beauty of the wild. As the day fades, return to Kigali with the memories of an adventure that stirs the soul and warms the heart.
Day 9: Saturday, October 11 – Rwandan Culture, Coffee & Celebration
After a morning pilgrimage activity, visit Kigali’s markets for unique, handmade Rwandan crafts. Following lunch, tour a coffee plantation to learn about its cultural and economic significance. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Rwandan feast with live music and dance.
Day 10: Sunday, October 12 – Reflection & Departure
Conclude the pilgrimage with final discussions, prayers, and reflections. Spend the afternoon packing and relaxing before an early dinner and departure to the airport for your evening flights home.
Day 11: Monday, October 13 – Return Home
Afternoon arrival back in the USA.

Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before 05/05/2025
Final Payment: Balance due on or before 07/03/2025
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
