Client Data Coordinator and Analyst
Responsible for the collection, manipulation, and reporting of data from the call center
The main responsibility of the Client Data Coordinator and Analyst (“CDCA”) is the collection, manipulation, and reporting of data from the call center. The efforts of the CDCA primarily support our primary client partners and Corporate Travel’s internal reporting needs. The CDCA interfaces regularly with the operational team and executive leadership of our client partners and multiple cruise lines’ corporate and onboard officer teams. The CDCA participates in the training of reservation agents and interfaces with other vendor organizations.
Onboard duties may include assisting in the onboard sales, hospitality, and event management functions. The CDCA may also provide operational data to support the onboard Management team.
Essential Duties & Primary Responsibilities:
Liaise with charter clients, vendor organizations, and other CTS departments
Draft instructional materials, train reservation agents on all relevant processes, and monitor compliance
Identify and suggest improvement opportunities to management where applicable
Acquire proficiency in, and utilize existing internal and partner-provided software tools
Be capable and available to compile and distribute data to clients, cruise lines, vendor organizations, and guests via comprehensive written reports and presentations
Assist in development of operational timeline for charter cruise events
Provide data to support the onboard operations
Be capable and available to perform in the onboard operation of theme cruise events
Perform in the call center reservation capacity as needed
Collaborate in a high-level administrative relationship with vendor organizations (RezMagic, Travel Insured, etc.)
Requirements and Skills:
Ability to book guests, maintain manifest data, cabin inventories, and related charter information
Ability to work occasional “off schedule” assignments (evenings and weekends)
Ability to participate in extended travel for client visits and charter cruise events
Proficiency in the RezMagic reservation software (training provided)
Conceptual understanding of basic software programming
Proficiency in the Zoom telephone software (training provided)
Exceptional familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP function, pivot tables, and formulas
Robust organizational skills with high level of detail
Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments
High level of customer service
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities
Superior written and oral communication
Investigative mind, problem solving through structured thinking
High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
