Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine Pilgrimage to Guatemala & Mexico
You are invited to join a special pilgrimage hosted by the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine that begins in Panajachel, a charming lakeside town, and continues to Cerro de Oro, where Blessed Stanley Rother served the indigenous community with love and courage. In nearby Santiago Atitlán, find spiritual serenity in the church where he gave his life. Travel to Antigua, Guatemala's historic gem, before flying to Mexico City to witness the magnificent Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the miraculous tilma of St. Juan Diego. This journey offers a special opportunity for our community to grow in devotion Our Lady and Blessed Stanley Rother.

ITINERARY
Day 1: Sunday, September 7 - Depart USA | Guatemala City | Panajachel
Depart from Oklahoma City on independent flights to Guatemala City, where you will meet your local tour manager. From there, travel by private motor coach to the scenic town of Panajachel on Lake Atitlán. Enjoy lunch en route, then check into your hotel. The day concludes with a welcome Mass, festive dinner, and overnight in Panajachel.
Day 2: Monday, September 8 - Cerro de Oro | San Juan
Travel by boat to Cerro de Oro to celebrate Mass at the parish where Blessed Stanley served. Next, head to San Juan Laguna for a group lunch and to explore local products like chocolate, coffee, and textiles. In the evening, return to Panajachel to enjoy local cuisine and the evening at leisure.
Day 3: Tuesday, September 9 - Santiago Atitlán
Begin with a boat trip to Santiago Atitlán. Celebrate Mass at St. James Parish, followed by a group lunch and afternoon tour of the town, including time to shop at local street vendors. Return to Panajachel for a relaxed evening and dinner at your leisure.
Day 4: Wednesday, September 10 - Antigua
Check out of your hotel and travel to Antigua, Guatemala, stopping for lunch along the way. Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic city tour, followed by an evening celebratory farewell dinner. Overnight in Antigua.
Day 5: Thursday, September 11 - Travel Day to Mexico City
Depart for the Guatemala City Airport and board your flight to Mexico City. Upon arrival, meet your local tour manager and celebrate Mass. Check into your hotel and gather for a group dinner. Overnight in Mexico City.
Day 6: Friday, September 12 - Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe
Begin with a visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the world’s most celebrated Marian apparition site. Tour the basilica and surrounding areas, including the Old Guadalupe Shrine. Learn about Juan Diego and the miraculous story of conversion and healing. Enjoy a group lunch and celebrate Mass at the shrine, with time for personal prayer and devotion. Gather for a group dinner and overnight in Mexico City.
Day 7: Saturday, September 13 - Mexico City Tour | Blessed Miguel Pro
Experience a panoramic tour of the historic square, including the Church of Nuestra Señora del Pilar and La Profesa Church, followed by Mass at the Metropolitan Cathedral, the oldest and largest in the Americas. After lunch, visit the Church of the Holy Family to venerate the remains of Blessed Miguel Pro and explore the museum dedicated to his life and martyrdom. Return to the shrine for the evening rosary walk and personal devotions. Gather for a group dinner and overnight in Mexico City.
Day 8: Sunday, September 14 - Depart Mexico
Transfer to the Mexico City airport for independent flights to the USA.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration
Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due on or before April 10, 2025
Final Payment: Balance due June 9, 2025
Please note late payments will incur a $50 late fee.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Payments are non-refundable and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions, including the CTS Liability Release. CTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if payments are not made according to the payment schedule. A $25 fee will be added to any reinstated reservation.
