Itinerary

Day 1: Wednesday, October 30 - Depart USA

Depart the USA on overnight flights to Ireland’s capital city, Dublin.


Day 2: Thursday, October 31 - Dublin | Galway

Arrive at Dublin Airport where you will be met with a cead mile failte or “a hundred thousand welcomes” by your Irish Tour Manager. Head west through the Midlands of Ireland to Galway. Celebrate an opening Mass at Galway Cathedral, followed by a group welcome dinner and overnight in Galway.


Day 3: Friday, November 1 - Knock Shrine | Galway

After breakfast, depart for a visit to Ireland’s most famous pilgrimage site at Knock in County Mayo. Here learn about the 1879 apparition of Our Lady, then celebrate Mass in the Apparition Chapel of Knock Shrine. Travel around Lough Corrib and Connemara, Ireland’s most extensive Gaelic speaking area, before returning to Galway. Enjoy an evening to explore Irish cuisine and culture in Galway.


Day 4: Saturday, November 2 - Galway | Killarney

Depart Galway and travel south to the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher, Ireland’s most visited attraction. In the afternoon, arrive in Killarney, with the scenic Killarney National Park. Celebrate Mass in the neo-Gothic St. Mary’s Cathedral, then check in to the hotel for an evening at your leisure in Killarney.


Day 5: Sunday, November 3 -  Dingle Peninsula | Killarney

Set out on a morning drive along Dingle Bay with views of the Iveragh Peninsula. Celebrate Mass in the fishing town of Dingle at St. Mary’s Church. Continue along the picturesque Slea Head drive to the ruin of Kilmalkedar Church. Return to Killarney and Muckross Traditional Farms for an evening dinner with entertainment.


Day 6: Monday, November 4 - Free Day Killarney

Today is a free day with many options available, such as horseback or bike riding in Killarney National Park, golfing at the Killarney Golf and Fishing Club, or a Gap of Dunloe Tour. Overnight in Killarney.


Day 7: Tuesday, November 5 - Blarney | Rock of Cashel | Dublin

Take a morning journey over the Cork/Kerry border to Blarney Castle with its famous Blarney Stone. Enjoy time to kiss the Blarney Stone or shop in the extensive Blarney Woolen Mills. Visit the Rock of Cashel, Ireland’s most important ancient religious site, and celebrate Mass in the beautifully restored Holy Cross Abbey which houses a relic of the True Cross. Continue to Dublin for an evening at leisure and overnight.


Day 8: Wednesday, November 6 - City Tour | Dublin

Embark on a morning visit to St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Merrion Square, followed by some free time. Experience an afternoon tour of the Guinness Storehouse and admire spectacular views of the city before celebrating Mass in Dublin’s Pro-Cathedral. Experience local cuisine and an overnight in Dublin.


Day 9: Thursday, November 7 - Book of Kells | Dublin

Visit Trinity College to see the magnificent Book of Kells, an illuminated copy of the four Gospels. Afterward, the afternoon is free to do some last-minute shopping in the Grafton and Nassau Street areas or adventure on your own to see the National Museum, Jameson Distillery, or the Kilmainham Gaol. Celebrate Vigil Mass at St. Teresa’s Church, just off Grafton Street and gather for a farewell dinner at Nancy Hands Victorian Pub in Dublin.


Day 10: Friday, November 8 - Return to USA

Bid goodbye to the Emerald Isle and newfound friends as you transfer to the Dublin airport for return flights home.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION TERMS 

Deposit: $500 per person due upon registration

Second Deposit: $1,250 additional due 150 days prior to departure (6/2/2024) 

Final Payment: Balance due on or before 90 days prior to departure (8/1/2024) 


All payments are non-refundable, and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions including the CTS Liability Release. All cancellations must be  received in writing. Penalties will be determined according to postmark date, or date of the fax or email sent by the cancelling passenger.
